The pasta is on! Yes, it has caramelized cabbage and anchovies, but you are going to love it. El dente pasta is folded into a sautéed shredded cabbage ragout comprised of garlic, butter, chopped anchovies, sage, chili flakes and capers. Once the caramelized cabbage is combined with the seasoning we add panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. So each bit of this is luscious pasta is cabbagy, buttery and salty. Yum. To brighten the meal up we paired it with tender crisp green beans garnished with caramelized shallots. Don’t worry you will have left over for work tomorrow. Enjoy.
