Mustard-Roasted Snapper with Dill Fingerling Potatoes

This week for date night order two of these snapper entrees. Super simple ingredients that lead to amazing results. We take fillets of red snapper lightly season them and top them with a mustard sauce. That sauce is made up of crème fraiche, minced shallots, capers, whole grain mustard and Dijon mustard. The snapper and the sauce are baked until the fish begins to flake and is served with steamed fingerling potatoes tossed in fresh dill. Be sure to have a nice rose with this meal.
We provide the fish, you cook it.
