Warm up this week with our aromatic Moroccan beef stew. You will find fork tender pieces of beef along with carrots, garbanzo beans, onions, Kalamata olives, and golden raisins all simmered in beef stock seasoned with cumin and ras el hanout. Ras el hanout is a north African spice mixture made up of cinnamon, ginger, all-spice, cloves, turmeric, cayenne, white pepper, nutmeg and coriander; that is what gives this stew so much character. We also paired the stew with a side of couscous and tender crisp carrots garnished with pistachios. What a combination! This meal will make heads turn at the office.
