Bacon does make everything better! This mixed greens salad has escarole, chopped basil, tarragon, cilantro and crispy pieces of bacon. The salad is simple and gets right to the point, but it is not short on flavor. Everyone loves bacon! Oh, it also comes with a side of red wine vinaigrette. A great salad to round out any meal this week.
