Celebrate the summer with our Mexican-style corn and chicken bowl. In each bite you will discover grilled chicken breast sliced and folded in with corn, sautéed onions, garlic, minced jalapeno, chopped and cilantro. The chicken and corn sauté is then seasoned with fresh lime juice and sour cream; then garnished with queso fresco. Delicious! We paired a three bean salad with the chicken; comprised of tender black beans, edamame, black eyed peas, red onion and celery. The salad is dressed in a fresh garlic, cumin, lime, and cilantro dressing. This combo is very porch worthy.
