Made with homemade chicken stock, black beans, onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; then seasoned with toasted cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper. The beans are simmered in this soup until tender then lightly pureed and topped with sour cream. This black bean soup will warm you up for lunch or dinner. This is the ideal soup for a chilly day.
