Scones are a very popular British treat to have with your morning coffee or tea. We keep this version close to a classic current scone. We add a bit of lemon zest to the scone base to brightening up a bit. These scones are light and fluffy. We suggest that you serve it with Devonshire cream and your favorite jam. Oh so proper.
