Your search for the perfect salad is over. Our kale and date salad is pretty much near perfect. Shredded kale is folded in with sweet chopped dates and toasted almonds; then dressed in a lemon-honey-shallot vinaigrette with a touch of heat from red pepper flakes. Don’t forget to top the salad with the shaved parmesan. We love all of the textures and flavors in this salad, plus it pairs well with any of the entrees we offer this week.
