We jazzed up your typical kale salad by adding kale’s best friend brussels sprouts. Both the kale and the brussels sprouts are thinly sliced then combine with toasted almonds and grated pecorino cheese. The salad is dressed in a tangy lemon-shallot vinaigrette that also features dijon mustard and minced garlic. What we love the most about this salad is that it pairs well with so many of the items on our menu.
