We are excited about this kale salad and you should be too. This week we have a shaved kale with sliced apples, radicchio, crispy pancetta, candied pecans and fresh herbs all tossed in a light maple vinaigrette. A very winter appropriate salad. The dressing is made up of maple syrup, olive oil, caper brine, and white wine vinegar. Lastly the salad is garnished with shaved pecorino.
