We have a showstopper of a dessert for you splurge on this week. Our Irish cream chocolate chip cheesecake is pretty amazing. It has an oreo cookie and pecan crust base that is topped with a bailey’s cream cheese custard with chocolate chips folded in. The cheesecake is slowly baked until it is set. Once cooled the cheesecake is topped with coffee whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Each bite is creamy, rich, chocolaty and packed with Irsh cream goodness.
