We added a New England classic dessert to the menu this week. A warm Indian pudding is a throwback dessert that is gaining more popularity these days. It simply is a creamy pudding slowly cooked on the stove top with cream, milk, molasses and brown sugar. It is thickened with some cornmeal and seasoned with ginger and cinnamon. Yum! You can heat up the pudding and serve with a scoop of ice cream or top with a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
