These hand formed patties are comprised of beef and a pepper medly of charred poblano, serrano, and jalapenos that were tossed in a red wine vinaigrette and a hint of honey. This burger is topped with pickled red onion, and chipotle cream. That is one heck of a burger. We paired the chile burger with hot and smoky baked beans. The smoky beans are made up of onions sautéed with bacon, then we add our house made barbecue sauce, dark beer, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, and minced chipotle peppers. Wow this burger and beans entrée maybe the best combo you have all summer.
