Sweet, tart, crisp and fresh. These are all the ideal adjectives for this fall inspired salad. It is comprised of sliced celery, shaved fennel, toasted walnuts, parmesan, torn basil, and apples; then simple tossed in a lemon-vinaigrette. We love the fennel and apple slices, but is is the cheese and the vinaigrette that tie the salad together. It pairs well with any of the entrées we have on the menu this week or savor it on its own.
