Fried Tofu with Mushroom Gravy with Sesame Kale

Our fried tofu with mushroom gravy has an Asian twist to it. The crispy tofu is sauced with a shiitake gravy made up of sauteed onion, white wine, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce. The gravy is not short on any flavor. To make this meal more amazing we paired it with a stir-fried sesame kale. A super light an delicious duo to savor at home or at work. Chopsticks are optional.
