Craving a curry? We all do. This week answer your curry cravings with our chicken country captain. The curry is made up of onion, fresh ginger, and garlic base sautéed with bacon grease. These aromatics are seasoned with curry spice blend consisting of fennel seeds, coriander, cumin, cayenne, cloves, cardamom, turmeric and cinnamon. Chicken pieces, cauliflower florets, and dried cherries are added and sautéed. Then tomatoes, chicken stock, and peanut butter are added. The curry simmers until the chicken is fork tender, we then add the peas. County captain is traditionally served over rice.

This meal is ready to warm and assemble.
