Two of our favorite summer ingredients are corn and tomatoes. We took these two ingredients and made and amazing salad. The corn kernels are sheared off the cob and we combine them with sliced tomatoes and shaved red onion.  The salad is then dressed in a tangy cilantro-lime-champagne vinaigrette. If you are a fan of summer corn and fresh tomatoes, this is the dish for you. This salad pairs well with any grilling project you have cooking.
