Coffee on a burger? Say what? Yes, it sounds kind odd, but it is so delicious. All beef patties are hand formed and seasoned with our coffee rub. That rub has brown sugar, coriander, black pepper, oregano and coffee grounds. Grill the burger the way you like it, top it with crispy bacon, smoked provolone, lettuce, tomato and onion. Don’t forget to slather on the Texas barbecue sauce that has hints of brown sugar, chipotle chili, cayenne, and garlic. We paired the coffee cheeseburger with a roasted sweet potato salad.  The salad is comprised of roasted sweet potatoes that are diced, pumpkin seeds, scallions, and cilantro dressed in a cranberry honey chipotle sauce. You are not short on tang, heat, or sweetness with this cheeseburger meal.
