Sit back and relax on your backyard patio with a bowl of chilled sangrita soup. Typically a sangrita is an alcoholic beverage consisting of tequila and spiced tomato juice. We took inspiration from that drink to make a summer chilled soup made the pureed fresh tomatoes, orange juice, lime juice, and grenadine; seasoned with ground ancho chilis and cayenne pepper. Next we fold in fresh corn kernels and garnish with black olives. A perfect summer chilled soup.
