Here is a twist on a classic Italian grinder. Instead of a traditional breaded chicken cutlet in our parm sammy, we took the liberty to make it a meatball sub. We hand roll chicken meatballs, sauté them, then allow them to simmer in our tomato sauce. The sub is made up of the meatballs, tomato sauce, sliced mozzarella and a hoagie roll. You are going to need a lot of napkins with this meal. This is one of our favorite meatball subs that we offer.
It also come with a side of our chopped asparagus, Romano cheese and red onion salad. You will definitely want two of these sandwiches this week. You can even serve this meatball sub with any leftover pasta you have at home.
This meal is ready to warm, assemble, and enjoy.
