Make your co-workers jealous with a hot bowl of gumbo. Our Louisiana-inspired gumbo is made with the Cajun trinity made up of diced onion, bell pepper and celery. Once tender the base is seasoned with cayenne, garlic, and black pepper. We add homemade chicken stock and some dark roux to thicken. Lastly we mix in sautéed chicken thighs and andouille sausage. The gumbo simmers allowing all of the flavors to meld. Serve the gumbo piping hot with a side of steamed rice. Each spoonful is filled with smoky sausage, tender chicken and cajun love. To make this meal more amazing it comes with a side of our creamy dill potato salad. Yum.
