Jazz up this week with our celery salad made up of diced dates, toasted walnuts, shallots, pecorino cheese and sliced celery. This salad is then dressed in a light and tangy sherry vinaigrette. It pairs well with any of the entrée we have on the menu this week and makes for a great snack. We love the crisp celery, sweet dates and nutty walnuts in this salad. Enjoy.
