Caraway Salmon with Rye Berry and Beet Salad

Your socks are going to be knocked off with this salmon dish. We are inspired by our Scandinavian friends and are now presenting it to you. A pave of salmon is seasoned lightly with crushed caraway seeds and then roasted, it is then topped with a chilled yogurt dill sauce seasoned with fresh horseradish. We paired a rye berry beet salad with the salmon because is adds a layer of depth to the dish. The rye berries are tender and nutty, they are combined with roasted beets, olive oil, cider vinegar, and fresh horseradish. The rye berry salad is tangy, earthy, and so fresh. You are going to love every bite of this salad and this meal!
