The ribs are rubbed in a simple spice mixture of black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, then slowly cooked until tender. They are sauced with a sweet and tangy blueberry glaze that you will end up falling in love with. That blueberry glaze has fresh blueberries cooked with onions, garlic, red wine vinegar, thyme and minced sage; this is all simmered together until the sauce thickens.
