Our bloody mary marinade is made with Tabasco, tomatoes, onion, celery, sherry vinegar and brown sugar; then it is seasoned with paprika, cayenne, black pepper, horseradish, Worcestershire, and celery seed. This mixture adds a bit of kick and a whole bunch of flavor to the flank steak. Grill it to your desired doneness and serve alongside our celery root mashed potatoes.
