BBQ time is quickly approaching and we have something that will make you dream of the summer. Our sliced braised brisket will transport you to the middle of June. The brisket is lightly rubbed with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and cinnamon and lowly braised in a sweet-stout-bourbon-beef stock base until fork tender. It is then topped with a sweet peach bourbon glaze. The brisket is sliced and served with smoked paprika mashed sweet potatoes. Is it summer yet?
