In this salad you will find baby spinach, sliced mango, tangy goat cheese, and candied pecans; all tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. We love the combination of the mango, goat cheese, and pecans because it is nutty, sweet, creamy, tangy and fresh. Wow, just a lot of deliciousness going on here. This salad is perfect to accompany any of the entrees we are offering this week and it great to enjoy on its own. It also goes well with a grilled chicken breast or sautéed shrimp.
