This is a twist on the typical classic spinach salad. The usual suspects of spinach, mushrooms and bacon are there, but you also can find sliced apples. To add a bit of sweetness and tang we added a maple mustard cabernet vinaigrette to top off your salad. This salad goes well with any of the entrées this week or is perfect to have as meal on its own.
