Liven up your mid-week blues with our Mexican-inspired salad.  This salad is made up of peppery fresh arugula, sliced tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado and toasted pepitas; all dressed in a lime-sherry vinaigrette. It pairs well with any of our entrée on our menu this week and is great to enjoy on its own. Everything is fresh, made to order. All you need to do is enjoy.
