A perfect warm dessert for any fall night. A melody of local apples and pears are sliced and tossed in with cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, orange zest, and lemon zest and placed in a baking pan. The fruit mixture is then topped with a brown sugar, oat, butter, and flour crumb topping. The crisp is baked until golden brown. We suggest serving this warm with a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The crisp comes in two sizes small (feeds 1) and large (feeds 4).
