Splurge this week with this panna cotta dessert. It is creamy, light and is beautifully paired with a sweet cherry sauce. Our panna cotta is made with milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, almond extract and gelatin. All the ingredients are brought to a light boil and then set with gelatin. Serve the panna cotta cold and top with the cherry sauce and toasted almonds. This is a great dessert to enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
