This soup will warm you up. Even though spring is nearly here keep warm with a bowl of our roasted beef barley vegetable soup. Fork tender beef chunks are roasted and then slowly simmered in a beef stock along with carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, bell pepper and barley. The soup is hearty and meaty. Be sure to have some crusty bread when you dive into this bowl. Yum!
