The ribs are slow roasted and then glazed with an Asian honey sauce that is sweet, tangy and has a touch of heat. That glaze has honey, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced cilantro and red pepper flakes. Ok this glaze is amazing.
