Wasabi and Panko-Crusted Pork with Gingered Soy Sauce with Buttered Snow Peas and Carrots

A panko encrusted pork cutlet is pan sautéed until golden brown and served with a wasabi ginger soy sauce glaze. This is our take on the Japanese classic dish tonkatsu. Crunchy pork topped with a soy sauce that has a little kick from the wasabi (Japanese horseradish). The pork cutlet is served with a side of buttered snow peas and carrots. This cutlet also makes a great sandwich and is perfect for lunch this week at work.
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
