Here is an adventurous and delicious meal for you to have this week. It will warm you up instantly and make you think of warmer weather. Braised pork shoulder is seasoned with ginger, garlic, hoisin, sriracha and fish sauce, is cooked until fork tender and is hand shredded. The pork is then served atop of a flour tortilla and garnished with a pear slaw consisting of Asian pears, sliced cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, ginger, lime juice, sriracha and sesame oil. We also added a side of fried rice that has edamame, carrots, onions and egg. Just a whole bunch of wow for dinner today!
