Nothing too difficult about this kale salad. Shredded Tuscan kale with smashed garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and olive oil make up this healthy and filling salad. If you want, cook off a chicken breast, a steak, or even a swordfish steak to go along with it, if you need something a bit heartier.
