Here is a modern twist on the classic Caesar salad. This Texas Caesar starts out with chopped romaine studded with crispy croutons, diced red bell pepper, chopped sun dried tomatoes and fresh corn kernels. The salad is then dressed in a zesty Caesar sauce made up of cilantro, yogurt, red wine vinegar, parmesan, anchovies, garlic, jalapeno, lemon juice and olive oil. Yum. This salad pairs well with many of the entrée we have on the menu week and it perfect to savor on its own. You decide, but you can’t go wrong with this one.
