Everyone gets bored of the typical mayonnaise based slaws. Yes, we do too. This week have a great alternative to the mayo slaw. Our tangy cabbage slaw has shredded carrot, raisins, shaved red onion, chopped chives, and is not short on shredded cabbage. The slaw is dressed in a whole grain mustard red wine vinaigrette, almost like a German potato salad. This is a great slaw to share at the neighborhood block party.
