Boneless skinless chicken breast is diced and sautéed with minced garlic and fresh ginger; then glazed in a brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and sriracha sauce. You can’t stop eating it after one bite. The fried rice has diced red pepper, asparagus, scallions and egg; all seasoned with garlic, ginger and soy sauce. This is a chopstick optional dish, but makes for a great late night snack.
