This is a very southern inspired salad and it is a twist on a German potato salad. So you will find both the sweet potatoes and Yukon gold potatoes that are cooked until tender. They are they are then diced and folded into a honey mustard vinaigrette along with sliced mustard greens. This two potato salad is then topped with crunchy pieces of bacon. Different, but delicious. Yum!
