The pork is served along side another southern classic dish; corn casserole. Our casserole has fresh corn kernels, corn meal, sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, creamed corn, and honey; all baked until golden brown. This southern meal is very porch worthy and will liven up you mid-week dining needs. Plus, it makes for one amazing lunch at the office.
