Tie your napkin around your neck this one is going to get saucy. We were inspired by the southern peach with this chicken entrée. We grill boneless skinless chicken breast then glaze them with a fresh peach sauce. That sauce is made up of fresh peaches, peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and jalapeno. Just the right amount of sweet and a touch of heat from the jalapeno, nothing to get worried about. This peach chicken is paired with a side of sweet tea rice. Yes, the rice is cooked with sweet tea and is finished with more peaches, toasted pecans and jalapeno. We love all of the textures and flavors in this rice dish. We hope you do too.
