Celebrate the corn season with our spicy corn chowder. Each bite is filled with fresh corn and a touch of heat. The chowder starts out with sautéed onions and bell peppers that are seasoned with cumin and cayenne pepper. Next fresh corn kernels are added and homemade chicken stock; then the soup begins to simmer. Once the corn is tender, milk is added to the chowder and it is garnished with cilantro. Be sure to have your favorite crackers on hand to crumble in.
