What makes this entrée stand out is the spices that are on the pork tenderloin. In that spice rub you will find chili powder, cinnamon and allspice, that spice mixture on the pork goes so well with the bourbon reduction sauce. The two were just meant to be. Bourbon and pork. Yea, it is a no brainer. We paired a side of couscous with the pork that is seasoned with cinnamon and garnished with toasted almonds and golden raisins. This meal is packed with flavor on so many different levels.
