Are you ready to be whisked away to the beaches of Mexico? We are! Before we head there lets warm up with these snapper tacos. Corn tortillas hold sautéed snapper that is seasoned with garlic, cumin, paprika and coriander. These tacos also have chopped green onion, cilantro, cabbage, and a lemon sour cream mayo sauce. Yum. We paired a couscous salad with the tacos that has fresh corn, red pepper and cilantro all dressed in a cumin lime vinaigrette.  What a duo for a winter’s night.
