This is a classed up version of tailgate food and we love it. Slow roasted chicken cooked alongside Italian sausage, onions and sage. Their flavors all meld together to create a formable dinner or tailgate snack. The chicken is also seasoned with sage, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.  To go along with the chicken sausage we also roasted some garlic potatoes with rosemary. Don’t overthink dinner, this meal is an easy and delicious choice for mealtime any time of day.
