One of our favorite things to do with garlic is to roast it. In this romaine salad we roast the garlic and create a beautiful garlic vinaigrette with it. Besides the garlic you will discover honey, mustard, olive oil, apple cider and apple cider vinegar. This salad also has chopped romaine, gorgonzola cheese, and spiced pecans. An ideal compliment to any entrée. Simple, easy and delicious.
