Here is another great salad that pairs well with any of the items we have on the menu this week. Chopped romaine and bibb lettuce hold fresh sliced mushrooms and creamy gouda cheese; this is then dressed in a sherry marsala vinaigrette. A very light, crisp and delicious salad. Always fresh, always delicious.
