Our chutney is made fresh from sliced rhubarb cooked with sugar, cider vinegar, tart cherries, and red onion; then seasoned with ginger, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and red pepper flakes. We love the sweet and sour rhubarb chutney with the pork tenderloin. If you have extra chutney is goes well with cheese. Yum. But, this meaty dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.
