We have taken the Italian classic marsala and have made it work pork cutlets. We start off by lightly seasoning pork cutlets then pan sauté them until golden brown. Next we make the classic marsala sauce made with minced onions, sliced mushrooms, marsala, and lemon juice. The sauce is finished with a touch of cream. So the sauce is bright and mushroomy, just the way you like it. Golden roasted artichoke hearts topped with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs accompany the marsala. Be sure to pour yourself a glass of wine with this entrée. Buon appetito!
